The Academy, our intensive 6-month incubation program, is designed for idea-stage social innovators to pilot their projects off the ground and maximize their impact!
The program provides innovator teams with tailored training, group calls, and one-on-one mentoring, as well as additional support and resources they need to grow and change their communities for the better.

With our dedication to being more inclusive and diverse, the Academy has built a curriculum and environment that is suited to the needs of innovators – regardless of background, gender, and field. And in order to foster projects from a variety of socio-environmental issues, this program also provides monthly allowances to our incubatees.
So that by the end of the program, graduates will have successfully built the foundations of their projects and acquired visibility through collective thinking, mentorship, and access to networks!

The Academy is a free 6-month incubation program designed for early- or idea-stage social innovators to build sustainable solutions, pilot them on-the-ground, and maximize their impact! It provides incubatees with tailored training, group calls, and one-on-one mentoring, as well as additional support and resources they need to grow and change their communities for the better.
Sign-ups for the Hackathons and Sprints happen as early as January. If you’ve missed the last Hackathon or Sprint and are interested in joining the next cycle, sign up to our newsletter so that we can inform you on when the next programs will start!
Anyone can join the Academy incubation program! Our Hackathons and Sprints are open to all regardless of age, experience, or geographical location. Our 6-month incubation programs however will require an interview and for you to present your solution to our Online Jury.
In joining any of the incubation programs, you will get:
